Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Description: Full time position. Responsible for providing technical product information to our distributors and end users via phone, fax, e-mail, and correspondence.

Qualifications: Prefer 2 years of experience and 2 to 4 years of college. Scientific background is extremely helpful.

Experience: Someone who has demonstrated enthusiasm, customer empathy, fast "catch-on", and an ability to learn product information.
